Congress Got It Wrong, Again!

Apparently this lame duck needs to be put out of it's misery. Today, during the first day back from the holiday break, Congress voted against banning earmarks from proposed legislation. Evidently, they didn't get the message that voters sent them on November 2nd.
I realize that earmark spending (pork) is a very small piece of the governments financial pie. However, if our Legislators cannot agree to control their spending on these small, pet issues, how can they be trusted to control and cut spending on the larger ones? The arrogance of our congressional leaders has, apparently grown to the point that they really don't care what their constituency wants and they continue to ignore our requests as their employers
It looks like we'll have a lot more Senators and Representatives looking for jobs in 2012. Write your congressmen, voice your opinion, and put them out of office.
